We started Roofora because we were tired of watching homeowners get rushed, oversold, and left with leaks. So we built a different kind of company — one that quotes honestly, installs carefully, and stands behind every roof for a quarter-century.

We believe a roof is the single most important thing you can do for a home — and the easiest thing to do badly if nobody's watching.
Roofora was founded in 2014 by two former insurance-claims inspectors who'd seen too many shortcuts: nailed-over rot, missing underlayment, flashing patched with caulk. Twelve years on, we run our own crews (no subcontractors), install with our own certified foremen on every job, and document every step with photos so our clients know exactly what they paid for.
We've grown deliberately. We turn down jobs we can't staff properly and we don't take work outside our service area. The goal isn't to be the biggest roofer in the region — it's to be the one homeowners actually recommend to their neighbors.

Roofora founded.
Co-founders Daniel Cole and Marcus Greene start a two-person residential roofing crew, working out of a single pickup truck.
First commercial contract.
We complete our first 24,000 sq ft flat-roof install on a regional logistics warehouse — finishing two days early, on budget, and earning a five-year extension.
Crew-owned model.
Roofora transitions to a profit-sharing model with every full-time crew member. Turnover drops below 4% the next year — and stays there.
1,000th roof.
We hit our thousandth installed roof. The family that owns it — the Patersons in Maplewood — still send us a holiday card every December.
25-year transferable warranty.
We extend our workmanship warranty to 25 years and make it fully transferable to the next owner — backed by our own bonded service guarantee.
