Acceptance
By using this website, requesting an estimate, or hiring us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Estimates and contracts
Estimates are based on the information you provide and a visual inspection. Final pricing is documented in a signed work order before the job begins.
Material availability, hidden damage uncovered during work, and code-required upgrades may change scope and price; we will document any changes in writing before proceeding.
Workmanship & warranties
Our installation workmanship is warranted as stated in your work order. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided directly by the manufacturer.
Warranties do not cover damage from acts of nature beyond design tolerances, alterations by other contractors, or lack of reasonable maintenance.
Payment
Payment terms are set in your signed work order. Past-due balances accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed under Texas law.
We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards (processing fees may apply).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a project will not exceed the amount you paid us for that project.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these Terms as our business changes. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site and services from the Last Updated date forward.
